We want you to be happy with our work. This refund policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our one-time projects and monthly services. Your written Agreement may include additional terms for your project.
One-time projects
- Before work starts: you can cancel for a full refund of any payment made.
- After work starts: you can cancel at any time. We will refund any amount paid for work that has not yet been completed, minus any non-refundable third-party costs.
- After final delivery or approval: completed and approved work is not refundable.
Monthly services
Monthly services such as social media management and SEO can be cancelled at any time by emailing us before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not refund partial months.
Non-refundable costs
Money paid to third parties on your behalf is not refundable, including domain names, hosting, premium plugins or themes, stock photos, app store fees and advertising spend.
If you are not satisfied
If something is not right, tell us first. We will work with you to fix it within the revisions included in your project. Most issues are solved quickly once we understand what you need.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email contact@scvledmarketing.com with your name, project and reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Under our refund policy, approved refunds are sent to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm the request.
Can I cancel a monthly service at any time?
Yes. Email us before your next billing date and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Is a deposit refundable?
If you cancel before work starts, any payment is fully refundable. After work starts, we refund the part of your payment that covers work not yet completed.
What if I am unhappy with the work?
Tell us first. Most issues are fixed quickly within the revisions included in your project. You can reach us any time through our contact page.

Does this refund policy cover ad spend and third-party fees?
No. Money paid to third parties for you, such as domains, hosting, plugins, stock media, app store fees or advertising, cannot be refunded because it has already been spent on your behalf.
