Terms of Service

Last updated: September 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of scvledmarketing.com and to any services you purchase from Scvled Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide digital marketing services, including website development, SEO, social media marketing, graphic design, app development and video animation. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in your quote, proposal or package description (“Agreement”). If the Agreement and these Terms conflict, the Agreement controls.

Quotes and payment

  • Prices are listed in US dollars and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated in your Agreement or invoice.
  • Monthly services are billed in advance for each billing period.
  • We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.
  • Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, stock media and ad spend are paid by you unless the Agreement says otherwise.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content, logins and feedback on time
  • Confirm you own or have permission to use any content, logos or images you send us
  • Review and approve work within a reasonable time
  • Keep your account passwords secure

Delays in content or feedback may change the project timeline.

Revisions and approvals

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in your Agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately after we confirm the cost with you.

Ownership and license

When your project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as your website design, logo and graphics. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code, templates and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party items (such as fonts, plugins and stock images) stay subject to their own licenses. We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

We work hard to grow your business, but search rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and platform changes. We do not guarantee specific results. See our Disclaimer.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, sending spam through our forms, or copying our content without permission. All website content is owned by Scvled Marketing or used with permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in the three months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from content or materials you provide, or from your use of the deliverables in violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the courts located in Fresno County, California. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting each other in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
